About Keeganvico Co.

Keeganvico Co. is a shed and outdoor-building company based at 814 Daviess St in Owensboro, Kentucky. We build storage sheds, detached garages, post-frame barns, workshops, pavilions and backyard offices for property owners throughout Daviess County and the surrounding western Kentucky counties.

Why we started

Too many backyard buildings in this region are bought sight unseen, dropped on unprepared ground, and start sagging within a few seasons. We built this company around the opposite approach: look at the site first, prepare the base properly, and use framing and fasteners that survive Ohio Valley humidity, freeze-thaw cycles and the occasional hail event.

How we build

• Site first. Grade, drainage, access and setbacks decide the foundation and the delivery plan before we talk about siding colors.
• Real framing. Pressure-treated bottom plates and skids, 16-inch on-center studs on most buildings, engineered or stick-framed trusses sized for the span.
• Weather details that matter. Drip edge, proper underlayment, flashed door heads and ridge ventilation on every enclosed building.
• Written scope. Every estimate lists materials, foundation, doors, roofing and cleanup, so you can compare it honestly to any other bid.
